Bill Payment Options

There are many convenient ways for you to pay your EastLink bill. 

Pre-authorized payments

• from your bank account
• using your credit card

• Complete the Pre-authorized payment form, or
• Register for EastLink’s on-line customer care site where you can setup and manage your recurring payment options
• Call 1.888.345.1111 with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express information

Your account is automatically paid in full once per month on the due date.  Pre-authorized customers will only receive a statement if your rate changes. 

At most Financial Institutions

• Please note that a service fee for payment may apply.  Most financial institutions also offer you online and telephone options to pay your EastLink bill.

One time credit card payment

• By phone (Call 1.888.345.1111)
• Register for EastLink’s on-line customer care site where you can make one time credit card payments.

Other

• By mail (remember to include your payment stub and mail to the address indicated on your invoice)
• At the EastLink office.
