Message

  1. Pick up your phone and dial *98
  2. Press 0 on your phone
  3. Press 3 on your phone
  4. Press 1 on your phone
  5. Speak into the phone to record your message
  6. Press # when you are done recording your message
  7. Press 1 on your phone to save your message

Password

  1. Pick up your phone and dial *98
  2. Press 0 on your phone
  3. Press 5 on your phone
  4. Enter your new 4 number password by pressing any keys between 1 and 9
  5. Press # after you have set your password
  6. Verify your new 4 number password by entering it again
  7. Press # after you have verified your password
  8. Your password has been changed

Voice Mail

  1. Pick up your phone and dial *98
  2. Press 1 on your phone to listen to your message
  3. During message playback
    1. Press # on your phone to fast-forward message by 3 seconds
    2. Press * on your phone to rewind message by 3 seconds
    3. Press 0 on your phone to pause message
    4. Press 0 on your phone again to un-pause message
    5. Press 4 on your phone to go to previous message
    6. Press 5 on your phone to repeat current message
    7. Press 6 on your phone to go to next message

Feature Descriptions

Code Description
*57 Call Waiting Permanent Disable - TOGGLE
Disables Call Waiting for ALL calls until *57 is dialed again.
*57 Call Waiting Permanent Enable - TOGGLE
Re-Enables Call Waiting for ALL calls until *57 is dialed again.
*67 Caller ID Block
Blocks your identity from the caller ID of the person you're calling. Caller ID is restored when you hang up.
*69 Last Call Return
Automatically dials back the last number that called you.
*70 Cancel Call Waiting
Keeps your next call clear of the Call Waiting beep. Call Waiting is restored when you hang up. During your call, incoming callers go directly to Voice Mail. If you don't have Voice Mail the caller will get a busy signal.
*72 Call Forward ON
Dial *72, listen for 3 short beeps and then a dial tone. Enter the 10 digit number (519-xxx-xxxx) where calls will be forwarded. After a stutter tone or stuttering dial tone the system will play a fast busy to indicate that Call Forward has been activated. Calls will continue to forward to the chosen number until deactivated. If you have Voice Mail your calls and calls that would turn into Voice Mail will continue to go to the forward-to number thereby bypassing Voice Mail. You must remember to deactivate Call Forwarding by dialing *73 and waiting for a stutter tone or stuttering dial tone. Fast Busy indicates operation is complete.
*73 Call Forward OFF
Disables Call Forwarding. Stutter Tone indcates operation is complete.
*77 Anonymous Call Reject TOGGLE
Block unknown callers from ever reaching your phone. Warning: Overseas calls often show up as UNKNOWN CALLER.
*77 Disable Anonymous Call Reject TOGGLE
Stutter tone indicates feature is disabled.
*92 Call Forward No Answer
Activates the same as *72 Call Forward. Forwards calls to another number if you do not answer your phone in 3 rings.
*93 Disable Call Forward No Answer
Phone will no longer forward to another number. Stutter tone indicates feature is disabled.
